‘Soft Bloom’ is a collection of works honoring my deep awe and reverence for the natural world. Composed of both abstracted graphite drawings and small installations, this exhibition highlights the meditative benefits of engaging with the organic, a long-held through line within my practice. Whether through unearthed marred surfaces or clusters of collected ephemera sprouting from glass vials, this series asks the viewer to pause and reflect on wonders and curiosities to be found within the everyday. I invite visitors to proceed slowly through the space, resting in stillness, moving in the same manner as nature chooses to unfold: at a pace not to be rushed, bound by no timeline but its own.
